KAAMOS
Finnish for polar night

The polar night is the night lasting more than 24 hours, usually inside the polar circles. In regions inside the polar circles, the length of the time when the sun is below the horizon varies from 20 hours at the Arctic Circle and Antarctic Circle to 179 days at the Poles.

Erik Bertell is a Helsinki native and a graphic designer specialised in typography. He is currently pursuing an MA in graphic design at the University of Art and Design Helsinki, having previously graduated from the Lahti University of Applied Sciences where he studied package design.
Despite being a workaholic, he still finds time to hunt down forgotten 12 inch vinyl gems at the local flea markets.

Logos Sans is a Sans Serif Typeface for body- and headline text use. The design is based on a regulated geometric system with a trace of organic. The aim was to create a clean-cut and architectural letter, which could also be used for body text.
